Parks & Pavilion Rental Procedure

Step 1: Contact Us & Plan Your Event

Contact us at 501-371-4770 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., or visit our reservation page to discuss park amenities and pavilion options for your event. If you are planning a large event, please let us know so we can assist you with a Special Events Permit.

  • Pavilion reservations require at least one week’s advance notice; same-week reservations cannot be accommodated.

  • Reservations may only be made for the current calendar year.

  • From November 1 – April 1, all pavilions are first come, first served due to winterization.

To reserve the North Lawn at War Memorial Park, please contact the Parks and Recreation front desk directly.

Step 2: Review Your Confirmation

Once we receive all required information, you will be sent a confirmation email with your event and reservation details. Please review all information carefully and notify us of any needed changes.

You will also be required to review the Rules & Regulations for hosting an event in a City of Little Rock park.

Step 3: Submit Payment

After confirming your reservation details, full payment is due within 7 days of booking. Any reservation not paid in full within this timeframe will be automatically canceled. This policy reflects the staff time required for facility opening, closing, and cleaning.

Step 4: Enjoy the Park

On the day of your event, a designated contact person age 21 or older must be on-site and available throughout the event. Please note that rain cancellations are not eligible for refunds on the day of the event.
